This series is run every year in collaboration with UMCE/MNAP/SWCD and various other partners. It is designed to train home gardeners and industry professionals on invasive plant identification and management strategies in forest, farm, and garden systems.
When: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (raindate Thursday, August 13, 2026).
Time: 10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Location: Dover Foxcroft Congregational Church, 824 W. Main Street, Dover Foxcroft, Maine 04426
Cost: $0-20 sliding scale fee (fees contribute toward the cost of books, $25 value, snacks, and event space)
Participation limit: 25
Light snacks will be provided; bring your own lunch.
Participants will get a copy of the Maine Invasive Plant Field Guide ($25 value!)
CCA, Maine Board of Pesticide, and SAF credits are anticipated.
